How to: Change keyboard layout to a different country.
Solution:
Select 'Control Panel', 'Keyboard', and change settings in the 'Language Properties' dialog box.
1) Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.
2) Select 'Settings' and select 'Control Panel'. (The 'Control Panel' window appears.)

3) Double-click the 'Keyboard' icon. (The 'Keyboard Properties' dialog box appears.)

4) Click the 'Language' tab.
5) Select the language for which the keyboard is to be altered from the 'Language' list box.
6) Click 'Properties'. (The 'Language Properties' dialog box appears.)
7) Select a country from the 'Keyboard layout' drop-down list box.
8) Click 'OK'.
9) Click 'Apply'.
10) Click 'OK'.
